Our Promise

If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. Food and drinks are made fresh to order, so we handle refunds case by case rather than through automatic returns.

In-Store Orders

If your drink or food item is wrong or not up to standard, let us know at the counter before you leave and we will remake it or refund it on the spot. For issues you notice after leaving, call us the same day and we will make it right on your next visit.

Online Orders (Cash App)

If there is a problem with an online order, contact us at (720) 609-2971 as soon as possible with your order details. Approved refunds for online orders are issued back through Cash App and typically appear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on Cash App’s processing times.

What We Cannot Refund

We cannot refund items that have been fully consumed, orders reported more than 24 hours after purchase, or changes of mind after a custom item has been prepared. This policy does not limit any rights you have under Colorado consumer protection law.
