Most coffee shops around the Denver metro are closed by 6. We are not. Specialty coffee, boba and desserts on South Havana, seven days a week.
A lot of our late crowd is studying. Students come in with laptops, order a Spanish latte or a matcha, and stay for a few hours. The wifi is reliable and nobody rushes you out.
We also get the after-dinner crowd. People finish a meal down the street and want dessert and coffee somewhere calm. That is when the mochi donuts and the honey cheese croissant move fast.
During Ramadan the room fills up late. We keep a prayer room on site, the menu is halal friendly, and the kitchen is still going when other places are long closed.

Half our evening orders are boba, matcha, or a lighter refresher. Bold and balanced, and not too heavy at night.

The lights are warm, the seating is comfortable, and the music sits under the conversation, not over it. Some people come to focus. Some come to catch up with a friend they have not seen in weeks.
On a Friday our last boba order often lands close to midnight. We would rather be the place that says yes at 11:45 than the one that flipped the sign at 6.
